作为国内率先量产,并搭载到多款中高端车型应用,国轩高科或引领行业将单体电池能量密度迈入300Wh/kg门槛,进一步消除人们对电动汽车的续航焦虑。

 

据悉,国轩高科302Wh/kg高能量密度电池是通过电池材料创新、轻量化设计、工艺优化等多种途径实现的。“在保持电池包容积不变的情况下,采用轻量化等技术,实现辅材的减薄减重,提升活性物质占比,使得能量密度大幅提升,最高可比现有主流三元电池能量密度提升25%,使整车具有更长的续航里程。”国轩高科工研总院相关项目负责人介绍道。

 

正极材料方面,国轩高科的技术研发团队,通过均一性技术、掺杂技术、纳米表面修饰技术,以及嵌脱锂晶面生长控制技术等实现了高镍正极材料的稳定性,并提升了高镍正极材料的循环性能;

 

另外,通过基于正负极极片“点-线-面”式导电网络的构建,实现全电池倍率和循环性能的提升。

 

其实,能量密度突破300Wh/kg并非该款电池的唯一重大亮点。

 

安全性方面,国轩高科技术研发团队通过基于分子模拟设计不易燃烧的氟代溶剂和离子液体添加剂,开发的兼顾成膜、耐高压和阻燃功能的复合电解液体系,有效抑制电解液与正负极材料之间的副反应,大大提升了全电池的安全性能。
