1、将电池、底盘和下车身进行集成设计,简化产品设计和生产工艺;
2、通过重新设计电池承载托盘,使整个下车体底盘结构与电池托盘结构耦合;

Recently, Junfeng Motor has paid attention to CTC technology! Cell To Chassis! How much do you know!
Is the CTC technology of zero run holding high and high playing reliable? Dont repeat the mistakes of S01
A few days ago, Leapmotor held a CTC battery technology analysis meeting, released a high-profile CTC technology without battery packs, and announced that Leapmotor C01 will become the worlds first electric vehicle without an independent battery pack. According to information, as the fourth model of Leapmotor, Leapmotor C01 is positioned as a medium and large-sized pure electric sedan, which can break 100 in 3 seconds. It will be launched in April, pre-sold in June, and launched in August.
It has to be said that Leaprun is still holding its head high on the road of high-profile progress.

Brief analysis of CTC power battery technology
In recent years, CTC (Cell To Chassis) power battery technology has been widely mentioned in the automotive industry. It is not so much an advanced technology as CTC is an advanced concept.

Tesla unveiled CTC battery technology for the first time on Tesla Battery Day in 2020, calling the technology the ultimate manufacturing method for all future electric vehicles.
Even Musk has to go out of his way to explain: Theres no need to put another box in the box.
Musk used the wing to explain the CTC image: Originally, the aircraft would store the fuel tank on the wing, but in order to utilize the space to a greater extent, the fuel tank was removed and the wing was used to store the fuel directly, which would undoubtedly accommodate more fuel. many.

According to Song Yining, general manager of Leapmotor Technologys battery product line, at the press conference, Leapmotors approach is:
1. Integrated design of battery, chassis and lower body to simplify product design and production process;
2. By redesigning the battery carrying tray, the entire lower body chassis structure is coupled with the battery tray structure;
3. By reducing the structural design, the number of parts and components can be reduced, so that the structure of the body and the battery are complementary, so that the impact resistance of the battery and the torsional rigidity of the body are greatly improved.

It is worth mentioning that Leapmotors CTC technology uses the body structure as the external structure of the battery pack, canceling part of the structural design of the battery pack - in other words, the body is the external structure of the battery pack.
With the stiffness bonus of the battery pack, this approach brings a 25% increase in torsional stiffness to the vehicle.
Did you find the problem? The rigidity of the body is greatly improved, but it depends on the rigidity of the battery to support it, and twist the battery like twisting the towel.
Is safety still the number one keyword for cars?
Just as the social news of an electric vehicle spontaneously ignites/explodes at a certain time and place is as sensitive, consumers are most concerned about the safety of electric vehicles, and the same safety issue is also the top priority of the auto industry.

By showing us the puncture experiment of the blade battery, BYD showed us that the ordinary ternary lithium battery would be so terrible in the puncture experiment, and also saw the safety and stability of the blade battery - this is a new black technology that brings Everyone is committed to establishing a good image.
However, in terms of CTC, Zero Run seems to make everyone worried. We have to ask the following questions:
1. The torsional stiffness data is very good, but is twisting the battery a bit...? What about security issues?
2. It is necessary to use the enhanced version of the electronic control system and the material of the battery pack shell. What about the cost?
3. It is highly integrated and modular. Once it is damaged by collision, even if there is no problem in safety, what about the maintenance cost?
4. After the insurance premiums of new energy vehicles have been drastically changed, the crazy rising premiums have taught the majority of users a lesson. Will this add fuel to the fire?
5. CTC technology is so advanced and good, why doesn’t Tesla use it? What is Musk waiting for? Does Tesla have no money to develop technology or is it unable to develop technology?
A series of questions made everyone hesitate and wait and see.

The author also had a technical discussion with my peers in private, trying to clear my doubts, but everyone’s understanding was very similar, and even put forward a joking metaphor such as “remove some load-bearing walls in the house, and the inner area will be larger”, so everyone’s understanding is very similar. The opinions are all such as CTC is a trend, but the technical shortcomings are still obvious now, and the cost of doing it is high. Zero running is basically an experimental field, Damage is difficult to repair, the cost is high, and the safety performance needs to be verified, It may be beneficial to reduce costs in the long run, but not in the short term.
Summary: In the long run, CTC technology is indeed a good idea. It is more direct, more efficient, and simplified. In the short term, the initial cost of landing is a problem, maintenance is a problem, and safety needs to be verified. With the popularization of any good thing, our users idea of watching more and starting later must be right.
None of us want to fall behind the times, but dont be pitiful to be a guinea pig. No matter how good you blow, you have to look at the landing. After landing, you have to look at the word of mouth. The market is the truth of the product.

We look forward to his success, and technological innovation always requires someone to eat crabs! applaud!
