As a core powertrain research and manufacturing enterprise under Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Zhixin Technologys self-developed Mach Power brand is a technology matrix covering three major fields: energy saving, hybrid, and pure electric. Engine Technology: Continuous Breakthrough of Efficiency Limits

The engine technology of Mach Power continuously breaks industry records in terms of thermal efficiency, which is the core of its efficient and low consumption hybrid and extended range systems.

----Milestone thermal efficiency: The highest effective thermal efficiency of its new generation 1.5T hybrid dedicated engine has exceeded 48.09%, obtaining the Energy Efficiency Star certification from the China Automotive Center. Previously, this series of engines had achieved thermal efficiencies of 45.18% and 47% respectively in 2023 and 2024, demonstrating strong technological iteration capabilities.

----Core technological breakthrough: The engine achieves an astonishing thermal efficiency of 48.09%, mainly due to the synergy of three major technologies:

----Efficient combustion system: using 500bar ultra-high pressure injection and high-energy ignition technology, combined with an ultra-high compression ratio greater than 15.5, to achieve ultra-high combustion efficiency of fuel.

----Low friction technology: More than ten anti friction technologies such as electric motor oil pump and cylinder hole thermal spraying have been applied, significantly reducing mechanical losses inside the engine.

----Efficient intake and exhaust: Introducing hybrid specific variable cross-section turbochargers (VGT) and electric VVT to optimize the breathing efficiency under all operating conditions.
⚡ Mach E pure electric drive: integration and high energy efficiency

The Mach E pure electric drive technology is renowned for its high integration and excellent energy efficiency performance.

Star product iD series: The iD series electric drive assembly on the Mach E platform has completed four generations of updates.
