  在新能源汽车产业高景气,以及储能领域高增长的双重拉动下,全球电池用铝箔市场将延续高增长态势。

  据悉,锂电池负极集流体采用的是铝箔,钠电池中正负极均采用铝箔,且目前钠电池能量密度比锂电池低,单GWh使用的铝箔量约是锂电池的2倍左右。数据显示,单 GWh 铁锂电池对应铝箔用量约为450吨;钠电池单GWh用量则为700-1000 吨。行业预测,2025年全球电池用铝箔需求量将达80多万吨

  神火股份作为煤炭、电解铝双龙头,为扩大规模、提质增效,持续加码电池铝箔业务,并将其打造成为集团公司新的增长极。上海神火新材料有限公司(简称“神火新材”)则是其旗下专注于高端电池铝箔业务实施的主体。据悉,神火新材目前有上海、河南、云南三个生产基地。

  从市场需求看,为提高同体积下电池的能量密度,铝箔减薄需求较为迫切,动力电池目前铝箔厚度多为20μm、15μm、13μm、12μm,发展趋势为10μm及以下。

  供给方面,受限于材料和生产工艺,目前只有成品单张轧制(双面光),铝箔的力学性能和针孔等特性才能满足当前电池生产工艺的需要。神火新材工厂主设备采用Siemens VAI (西门子)、Achenbach(阿亨巴赫)铝箔轧机,KAMPF(康普)分切机,均为全球铝箔行业领先的设备,针对电池铝箔产品建有超3000㎡电池箔无尘分切车间。据介绍,目前神火新材能稳定生产(双面光)20μm、15μm、13μm、12μm、10μm、9μm的电池铝箔产品。此外,已开发出力学性能高、针孔数量少、表面质量良好的单面光电池铝箔。

  产能方面,据介绍,今年底其商丘生产基地新能源动力电池材料项目投产后,神火新材电池铝箔年产能将达到8万吨,产能在全球名列前茅。此外,公司电池铝箔业务已于2022年年底通过行业16949认证,并连续三年获得了“中国铝箔创新奖”。

In terms of supply, limited by materials and production processes, currently only single sheet rolling (double-sided polishing) of finished products, mechanical properties and pinhole characteristics of aluminum foil can meet the needs of current battery production processes. The main equipment of the Shenhuo New Materials Factory adopts Siemens VAI (Siemens), Achenbach (Ahenbach) aluminum foil rolling mill, and KAMPF (CommScope) slitting machine, all of which are leading equipment in the global aluminum foil industry. A dust-free slitting workshop of over 3000 square meters is built for battery aluminum foil products. According to reports, currently Shenhuo Xincai can stably produce (double-sided light) 20 μ m. 15 μ m. 13 μ m. 12 μ m. 10 μ m. 9 μ M's battery aluminum foil product. In addition, aluminum foil for single-sided photocells with high mechanical properties, fewer pinholes, and good surface quality has been developed.
