据悉，锂电池负极集流体采用的是铝箔，钠电池中正负极均采用铝箔，且目前钠电池能量密度比锂电池低，单GWh使用的铝箔量约是锂电池的2倍左右。数据显示，单 GWh 铁锂电池对应铝箔用量约为450吨;钠电池单GWh用量则为700-1000 吨。行业预测，2025年全球电池用铝箔需求量将达80多万吨。

　　供给方面，受限于材料和生产工艺，目前只有成品单张轧制(双面光)，铝箔的力学性能和针孔等特性才能满足当前电池生产工艺的需要。神火新材工厂主设备采用Siemens VAI (西门子)、Achenbach(阿亨巴赫)铝箔轧机，KAMPF(康普)分切机，均为全球铝箔行业领先的设备，针对电池铝箔产品建有超3000㎡电池箔无尘分切车间。据介绍，目前神火新材能稳定生产(双面光)20μm、15μm、13μm、12μm、10μm、9μm的电池铝箔产品。此外，已开发出力学性能高、针孔数量少、表面质量良好的单面光电池铝箔。

　　产能方面，据介绍，今年底其商丘生产基地新能源动力电池材料项目投产后，神火新材电池铝箔年产能将达到8万吨，产能在全球名列前茅。此外，公司电池铝箔业务已于2022年年底通过行业16949认证，并连续三年获得了“中国铝箔创新奖”。
