东风集团搭载350Wh/kg固态电池样车冬测发车

1月14日,东风固态电池技术向产业化落地应用迈出关键一步。当天,搭载东风汽车350Wh/kg固态电池的寒区试验样车,从武汉出发前往漠河寒区试验基地,开展冬季标定测试。

此次冬季标定测试搭载的固态电池,是东风汽车在固态电池技术领域的最新成果,目前已完成材料及电化学体系验证并实现中试下线。该电池具备高安全、长续航、耐低温三大核心优势,能量密度达350Wh/kg,可支撑整车实现超1000公里续航;安全性能通过严苛的170℃热箱测试;采用高效热管理集成与极致保温设计,在严寒中仍可保持最佳工作温度区间,减少续航损耗。目前,固态电芯及系统已完成120余项国标及行业严苛测试。

此次测试将围绕电池低温续航、低温充电、低温耐久三大维度,在-30℃至-40℃的极端环境中开展70余项试验,系统评估电池的续航稳定性、充放电效率、结构安全及整车协同能力等,确保固态电池在量产车型上保持全气候场景下的最佳性能状态。


专家相关表示,发展固态电池是东风面向“十五五”的战略选择,也是掌握行业竞争主动权、筑牢技术领先优势的关键举措。 目前,东风已在固态电池领域打下坚实技术基础,构建起自主开发体系。希望研产供销服各环节进一步紧密协同,项目组全力以赴完成全气候严苛测试,全面验证固态电池产品的可靠性与稳定性,确保项目高质量达成量产目标,为东风牢牢掌握关键核心技术、持续增强国家战略科技力量贡献坚实力量。

据介绍,目前,东风汽车在固态电池领域已构建起覆盖“研发-试制-中试”的全流程自主平台,形成全栈式研发能力,累计突破10余项关键核心技术,申请180余项发明专利,并布局从240Wh/kg至500Wh/kg的多梯度产品序列,持续推进产业化落地。


On January 14, Dongfengs solid-state battery technology took a critical step toward industrial application. On the same day, a cold-zone test prototype vehicle equipped with Dongfeng Motors 350 Wh/kg solid-state battery departed from Wuhan for the Mohe cold-zone test base to undergo winter calibration tests.

The solid-state battery used in this winter calibration test is Dongfeng Motors latest achievement in solid-state battery technology. It has completed material and electrochemical system verification and achieved trial production. The battery features three core advantages: high safety, long range, and cold resistance. With an energy density of 350 Wh/kg, it enables the vehicle to achieve a range of over 1,000 kilometers. Its safety performance has passed the rigorous 170°C thermal chamber test. Additionally, it incorporates an efficient integrated thermal management system and an optimized insulation design, allowing it to maintain an optimal operating temperature range even in extremely cold conditions, thereby minimizing range loss. Currently, the solid-state cells and systems have undergone more than 120 national and industry-standard rigorous tests.

This test will focus on three dimensions: low-temperature range, low-temperature charging, and low-temperature durability. It will conduct over 70 tests in extreme environments ranging from -30°C to -40°C to systematically evaluate the batterys range stability, charging and discharging efficiency, structural safety, and vehicle integration capabilities. This will ensure that the solid-state battery maintains optimal performance under all-weather conditions in mass-produced vehicles.

Experts stated that developing solid-state batteries is a strategic choice for Dongfeng during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and a critical measure to secure industry competitiveness and reinforce technological leadership. Currently, Dongfeng has established a solid technical foundation in the field of solid-state batteries and has built an independent development system. It is hoped that all aspects, including research, production, supply, and service, will further strengthen their collaboration, and the project team will spare no effort to complete rigorous all-weather testing. This will comprehensively verify the reliability and stability of the solid-state battery products, ensuring the high-quality achievement of mass production goals and contributing robust support to Dongfengs efforts in mastering core technologies and enhancing national strategic scientific and technological strength.

According to reports, Dongfeng Motor has established a full-process independent platform covering R&D-trial production-pilot testing in the field of solid-state batteries, forming full-stack R&D capabilities. It has achieved breakthroughs in more than 10 key core technologies and filed over 180 invention patents. Additionally, the company has developed a multi-gradient product portfolio ranging from 240 Wh/kg to 500 Wh/kg, continuously advancing industrial application.
