When attending the event, President Xi Jinping emphasized that "the 30-year exchanges and cooperation between China and Central Asian countries are based on sincerity and mutual trust, equality and mutual benefit", and announced the establishment of a special fund to promote "green environmental protection and green economy development".
This seminar was held under the coordination of Tajikistan's commercial counselor in China to implement the spirit of President Xi's speech and to implement the strategy of common economic development between China and Central Asia.
